At Lucavel™, we’re thrilled to offer FREE shipping on all orders! Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery to make sure your order gets to you smoothly.
Order Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days after it is placed. "Dispatched" means your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you. During peak times, such as holidays, processing may take a bit longer—up to 3-7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The time it takes for your package to arrive depends on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timeframe:
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
United States: 5-10 business days
Please keep in mind that delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs if shipping internationally. These delays are out of our control but are usually resolved quickly.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It’s essential to provide accurate shipping details at checkout to avoid delays or cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days to verify it. If we don’t hear back, your order may be cancelled.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email us at hello@lucavel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update your details, but we can’t guarantee changes once your order enters processing.
Delayed Delivery
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, certain situations like bad weather, courier issues, or customs delays - are beyond our control. If there’s a problem with your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance.
If we encounter any issues with processing or shipment (like address verification problems or stock delays), we’ll notify you immediately. Lucavel™ is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated and assist where possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be if your package is lost or stolen. Once your order is handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. If your package doesn’t arrive:
- Contact us at hello@lucavel.com, and we’ll assist you in locating it.
- File a claim directly with the courier. We’ll also follow up on your behalf and keep you updated.
Unfortunately, Lucavel™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as this falls outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered.
