Lucavel™ Shipping Policy

At Lucavel™, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process to make sure your order arrives smoothly.

Order Processing Times

We strive to process and ship your order within 1–3 business days after it has been placed. “Shipped” means your order has been handed over to our shipping partner and is on its way to you. During peak periods, such as holidays, processing may take a little longer—up to 3–7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The time it takes for your package to arrive depends on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

  • United States: 9–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 9–12 business days

Please note that delays can occur during busy seasons, holidays, or due to customs for international shipments. These delays are beyond our control but are typically resolved quickly.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Information

It’s important to provide accurate shipping details at checkout to avoid delays or cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t receive a response, your order may be canceled. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@lucavel.com. We’ll do our best to update your information, but we can’t guarantee changes once your order is being processed.

Delayed Delivery

While we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, certain situations—such as bad weather, courier issues, or customs delays—are beyond our control. If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier service directly. If we encounter problems processing or shipping your order (such as address verification issues or stock delays), we’ll notify you right away. Lucavel™ is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll keep you informed and assist wherever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be if your package is lost or stolen. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it’s outside our control. If your package does not arrive, contact us at hello@lucavel.com, and we’ll help you locate it. File a claim directly with the courier. We’ll also follow up on your behalf and keep you informed. Unfortunately, Lucavel™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as this falls outside our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered.
