Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order enters the processing phase, and changes may no longer be possible. For cancellations made within the 24-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident that you’ll love Lucavel™, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you’re covered. Try our products for at least 30 days to experience the full benefits. If you’re still not happy, you can return them within the 45-day guarantee period.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to prevent damage during shipping. A damaged item is defined as one with a defect or physical break. Cosmetic damage to packaging—such as dents—is not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@lucavel.com and include a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost. Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

Although we strive to deliver your order quickly, delays beyond our control (e.g., courier issues, customs, or weather conditions) may occur. If shipping problems arise, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Lucavel™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or reshipments for packages sent to incorrect addresses if we are not notified within this time frame.
