Lucavel™ Refund Policy
At Lucavel™, our goal is to make grooming your pet stress-free and enjoyable. We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our products and encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@lucavel.com.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order will enter the processing phase, and we may no longer be able to accommodate changes. If you cancel within the 24-hour period, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll love Lucavel™, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered. Try our products for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re still unhappy, you can return them within the 60-day guarantee period.
To start a return, email us at hello@lucavel.com or use the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your Order Number, or the Name and Email Address used to place the order, to expedite the process.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to prevent damage during shipping. A damaged item is defined as one with a defect or physical breakage. Cosmetic damage to the packaging, such as dents, is not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@lucavel.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged through normal wear, tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order quickly, delays outside our control (e.g., courier issues, customs, or weather conditions) may occur. If you experience shipping problems, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance. Lucavel™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or resends for packages sent to incorrect addresses if we are not notified within this time frame.
